HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20393 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in disposing of the representation dated 23.03.2018 filed by petitioners, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners made representation dated 23.03.2018 before respondents 2 to 4 for deletion of land in an extent of Ac.4-74 cents in Sy.Nos.353/ 1 and 353/ 3 and Ac.3-80 cents in Sy.Nos.184/ 1 and 184/ 3 respectively from the prohibitory list maintained under Section 22-A of the Registration Act and the same is not considered and disposed of till date. The petitioners are ex-servicemen. Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit representation dated 23.03.2018 before respondents 2 to 4 by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today.

(b) On such re-submission, respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 23.03.2018 and issue notification or communication to the Registration

Department, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
