Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the OMR answer sheet of the petitioner was evaluated and results were announced and therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
