HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20402 of 2018 ORDER:
Alleging inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in disposing of the representation dated 03.05.2018 filed by petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.
Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
(a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 03.05.2018 before respondents 2 to 4 by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today.
(b) On such re-submission, respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 03.05.2018 and issue notification or communication to the Registration Department, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months thereafter.
