HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.20433 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of respondents 4 and 5 in summoning the petitioner and his partners to visit the police station to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and 6th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City having received the complaint from the 6th respondent, forwarded it to the Station House Office Officer, Banjara Hills. Since the contents of complaint attracting the provisions of Section 506 IPC, which is non-cognizable in nature after obtaining permission from the concerned Court, a case in Cr.No.569 of 2018 was registered on 21-06-2018 and took-up investigation of the case. It is further stated that the investigation is at the initial stage and as of now, the petitioner was not summoned to the police station and that they will follow due process of law.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the police shall not call the petitioner to the police station except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
