THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.32113 OF 2014 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This writ petition is filed challenging the order, dated 04.04.2014, in O.A.No.2451 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, "the Tribunal").

2. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein/applicants filed the aforementioned Original Application before the Tribunal to hold the action of petitioner No.2 herein in not admitting and issuing appointment orders as Home Guards pursuant to their repatriation and relieving from Prisons Department vide proceedings Lr.No.DSJO/KDP/Jailor/227/2014, dated 24.2.2014, of petitioner No.3 herein as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the petitioners herein to issue posting orders in Police Department under the control of petitioner No.2 herein or in the alternative, to continue them in Prisons Department.

3. The Tribunal, vide impugned order, disposed of the aforementioned Original Application directing petitioner No.2 herein to issue posting orders to the applicants as Home Guards in the Police Department within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Challenging the same, the Government filed the present writ petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for both the parties stated that respondent Nos.1 and 2/applicants were allotted duties on temporary basis in the place of

Absent/Permission Home Guards and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
