HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20435 of 2018 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed complaining threatened interference of petitioner's possession and enjoyment of lands in an extent of Ac .Ac .13-02 gts., and Ac .2-27 gts., in Sy.Nos.77/ AA and 83/ A of Yeligandla Village, Marikal Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, without recourse to law, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader (Land Acquisition) draws the attention of the Court to the proceedings dated 19.06.2018 and contends that road widening proposals are considered or executed under the National Highways Act, 1956 (for short 'the Act'). He further states that Section 3-A(3) of the Act is exercised and notices are issued on 14.06.2018.

In view of the above circumstances, by giving liberty to petitioner to raise all objec tions in the acquisition proceedings initiated under the Act, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
