HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16536 of 2009 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed challenging the seizure and continued detention of the petitioner's contract carriage vehicle bearing registration No.MH 01 LA 8132 under Vehicle Check Report No.1548148 dated 13.07.2009/23.07.209 by the 3rd respondent-Motor Vehicles Inspector, Uppal, Ranga Reddy District.

This Court by interim order dated 12.08.2009 directed release of the vehicle pending disposal of the writ petition. Now, the enquiry is pending before the respondents. The release of the vehicle would be subject to the orders to be passed by the enquiring authority.

In the circumstances, in view of the interim order dated 12.08.2009, this writ petition is disposed of by making it clear that the release of the vehicle shall be subject to the further orders to be passed by the competent authority in the pending proceedings. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
