There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering FIR and not investigating the matter basing on the complaints dated 23.08.2014 and 13.10.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to register the FIR, investigate into the matter and file charge sheet and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances."

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaints dated 23.08.2014 and 13.10.2014 filed by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.235 of 2014 was registered. After completion of investigation, a charge sheet was filed before the concerned court. The same was taken on file vide C.C.No.560 of 2017 which is pending trial. Learned Government Pleader also brought to the notice of this Court that the said calendar case is posted to 09.01.2020 for trial. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
