This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not receiving and registering the sale deed dated 09.08.2017 in respect of the land to an extent of Acs.5.00 cents in Survey No.153 of Akkemgundla Village, S.A.K.N.Mandal (Sri Avadhuta Kasinayan Mandal), Y.S.R. Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for parties that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.28764 of 2017 and batch, dated 28.08.2017. 4.

As the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment, dated 28.08.2017, this Writ Petition is also dismissed following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
