O R D E R

(Per Honourable Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) This Revision is filed challenging the order dt.20.07.2019 in O.P.No.209 of 1995 of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, wherein the Court below proposed to decide the Main O.P.No.209 of 1995 and O.S.No.258 of 1995 and was not inclined to take up I.A.No.113 of 2017 filed by the petitioner to revive I.A.No.868 of 1995 and to direct the Receiver appointed in the said proceedings to appear in person, submit accounts of his dealings.

Since admittedly the O.P. and O.S. are of the year 1995 and though they had been decided earlier on remand by this Court to decide them afresh, we find nothing wrong in the Court below proposing to decide O.P.No.209 of 1995 and O.S.No.258 of 1995 and while deciding the said O.P. and O.S., the Court below may consider making the Receiver accountable as well.
