The petitioner alleges that the respondents are not taking action on the complaint given by the petitioners on 21-05-2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that the 4th respondent has not received complaint of the petitioners dated 21-05-2018 and the petitioners have not filed any proof regarding the acknowledgment of the complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to the petitioners to file fresh complaint.

Granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh complaint, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
