Chanda Lingaiah Dhora v. The State Of Telangana And 4 Others

2019-10-29Challa Kodanda Ram2 pages

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.23532 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Prohibition and Excise), appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2.

The petitioner alleges that with respect to the liquor shops, falling under Serial Nos.KTG 027 to KTG 056 i.e. Palwancha, Badrachalam and Manugur Excise Stations, which are situated in scheduled areas, the Excise authorities have shown them in non-scheduled areas for granting liquor licence. 3.

On verification of the original notification with the copy of the notification filed by the petitioner in the Writ Petition, the same tendered to be a mistaken impression as not correct. 4.

In those circumstances, such mistake appears to have been occurred on account of filing a wrong photo copy of the list of shops' as material papers in the Writ Petition and the data on which the petitioner relying upon is not a correct data. In fact, the relief which the petitioner seeks stands granted even by the Department itself. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

5.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

CKR,J W.P.No.23532 of 2019 6.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
