Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents No.2 and 3.

It is clear from a perusal of the material available before this Court that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 11.05.2018 to the 2nd respondent/ Executive Officer and according to the petitioner, the same is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent-Executive Officer, but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notices to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 11.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible.
