THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11824 of 2016 ORDER:

Having argued for sometime, Sri Dantu Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies, in the event any adverse is passed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the GHMC, has no objection for the same. Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
