Mr. Pratap Narayan Sanghi, learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing the appeal for some time, on instructions, submits that the appellant may be allowed to take fresh admission next academic year, without entrance test, and in that event, he has instructions not to press the writ appeal as well as writ petition.
Mr. S. Sriram, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, submits that they will not have objection for allowing the appellant to take fresh admission next academic year, without entrance test. His statement is recorded and accepted.
In view thereof, the writ appeal and the writ petition are disposed of. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
