The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No. 6 filed appeal under Section 24 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955, against orders dated 26-05-2014 in file No. L/2279/2008 with leave to file the appeal before respondent No. 4 and that though the petitioners filed objections to the leave petition, respondent No. 4 is trying to pass orders in the appeal without considering the objections. Aggrieved thereby, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

As on today, no orders are passed by respondent No. 4. The Writ Petition is filed by mere apprehension. Since it is stated that the petitioners have already filed objections to the leave petition filed before respondent No. 4, respondent No. 4 is obligated to consider the objections before passing any orders in the appeal. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain this Writ Petition.

Subject to the above observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
