HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12233 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the plot to an extent of Ac.0.19 cents in survey No.92-2C, situated at Garapadu Village, Pedakurapadu Mandal, Guntur District having acquired the said property through his father who was the owner and possessor of the said property vide patta No.324. While so, the petitioner submitted application dated 17.03.2016 to the 3rd respondent through 'MEE SEVA' for conducting survey in Survey No.92-2C, situated at Garapadu Village, and demarcate his plot to an extent of Ac.0.19 cents. As no action is being taken on the same till today, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 17.03.2016 in accordance with law and take action for demarcating the land of the petitioner after collecting necessary charges therefor within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
