Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri G. Seena Kumar, counsel for 3rd respondent.

The petitioner has worked as Non Formal Education (NFE) Instructor at Challavanipeta Centre in the Non Formal Education Project, Narasannapeta Mandal from 05.03.1998 to 31.03.2001. He sought appointment as Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs) in the Sarva Sikhs Abhiyan / Rajiv Vidya Mission, Hyderabad. His appointment did not take place as Cluster Resource Person on the ground that his Service Certificate was not counter-signed by the Mandal Educational Officer, Narasannapeta, and this was informed to the petitioner on 21.11.2015.

Subsequently, the petitioner approached the Mandal Educational Officer of the Mandal Praja Parishad, Narasannapeta, Srikakulam District and got his service certificate counter-signed by the said Mandal Educational Officer.

The petitioner now seeks consideration of his candidature for appointment as Cluster Resource Person on the basis of this service certificate counter-signed by the Mandal Educational Officer on 18.06.2016.

In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to submit within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order a representation to the 5th respondent enclosing copy of the said service certificate counter-signed by the Mandal Educational Officer, Mandal Praja Parishad, Narasannapeta Mandal, Srikakulam District; and on receiving the same, the 5th respondent shall communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
