This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 4 in calling for tenders from the non-tribals in the scheduled areas of East Godavari District.

In view of passage of time, the cause of action in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
