THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.44522 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: ".. to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.11.2016, and grant permissions for construction of residential buildings in an extent of 185 sq. yds., equivalent to 154.67 mts., in premises No.5-2-337, and an extent of 181.17 sq. yds., equivalent to 151.47 sq. mts., in premises No.5-2337, Street No.5, Rathanalapump Road, Korutla Proper and Mandal of Karimnagar District, basing on the applications submitted by the petitioner, dated 02.10.2016 and as per the Memo No.17433/M1/2012, dated 27.08.2012, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the building permission application submitted by the petitioner was returned with certain objections. He further submits that the petitioner has complied with the said objections and resubmitted the same on 27.12.2016. 4.

In view of the same, if the objections are complied with and resubmitted the building permission application, the respondent - Municipality shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
