O R D E R

The petitioner claimed that he was appointed as single Teacher at GVVK School, Inapally, under proceedings in Rc.No.TW E1/898/03 dated 22.09.2004 of the Project Officer, ITDA, Eturunagaram. His grievance in this writ petitioner was that he was not being paid salary/stipend as per the said appointment order. He sought a declaration that he was entitled for payment of such salary from the date of his appointment with all consequential benefits.

The Project Officer, ITDA, Eturunagaram, Warangal, filed a counter-affidavit stating that the proceedings TW E1 related to the current year section name but file No.898 was already closed during the year 2002 with Section No.E2-B. The Project Officer therefore questioned the genuineness of the appointment order on which the petitioner rested his claim. No reply affidavit was filed by the petitioner to the aforestated counter, though it was filed way back in August, 2005. In the light of the aforestated facts, it is clear that the appointment order under which the petitioner stakes a claim to the post of single Teacher is not a genuine one.

The writ petition is therefore devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 15.07.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 29th OCTOBER, 2015 PGS
