Heard Mr.MSP.Kamaraju for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue). The prayer is against the inaction of 3rd respondent in passing final orders in MC.No.6 of 2018 dated 27.02.2018 taken up under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the 3rd respondent considers and disposes of the said notice within six
