Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt.P.Laxmi, learned Standing Counsel for R.2/ Municipal Corporation.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue, pertaining to the subject property, is pending consideration vide O.S.No.109 of 2017 on the file of the IIAdditional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal; that earlier twice the permission sought by the unofficial respondent was rejected by the respondent-Municipal Corporation. It is further submitted that now once again the 2nd respondent-Municipal Corporation started processing the application of the unofficial respondent herein without considering the objections, dated 04.06.2018, submitted by the petitioner herein.

Since the objections, according to the learned Counsel for the petitioner are pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the objections, dated 04.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein also, while processing the building application of the 3rd respondent and take further action, strictly in accordance with law, if no permission is granted yet in favour of the 3rd respondent.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
