HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.23552 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioner as well as Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.20219 of 2019 and batch, dated 18.09.2019, and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the above said order. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 18.09.2019 in W.P.Nos.20219 of 2019 and batch, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents-Police to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Armed Reserve Sub-Inspector of Police in full compliance of the direction issued by the Tribunal, if he stands on par with Sri M.Prabhakar Raju, who filed W.P.No.199 of 2019, without waiting for disposal of review petitions. No equities can be claimed by the petitioner if the review petitions filed by the State are allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
