Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and a compromise has been recorded by a Division Bench of this Court. On this premise, he says that this matter may be treated as infructuous and dismiss the Arbitration Application accordingly.

2. Hence, this Arbitration Application is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending stand dismissed.
