THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4371 OF 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.4 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC. The allegations against the petitioner are that she obtained job in the Medical and Health Department dishonestly by submitting invalid certificates and also obtained promotion. Since the allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings against her.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J March 30, 2016.
