HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23525 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in referring the matter to the Revenue authorities concerned under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. to enable them to call for the report relating to the entries made in the Revenue record in respect of the petitioner's land in Sy.No.133, admeasuring an extent of Acs.9.12 guntas situated in Polepalli Village, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District.

The present writ petition, as filed, is misconceived for the reason that the petitioner if aggrieved by the entries made in the Revenue record in respect of her land, the appropriate remedy available for the petitioner is to approach the Revenue authorities concerned with relevant documentary evidence and seek for remedial action there against.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the petitioner being approached, the Revenue authorities are not taking any complaint and, therefore, the petitioner is constrained to file a complaint before the police authorities for redressal of her grievance.

In view of the said submission, without expressing any view, this writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the Revenue authorities concerned for redressal of her grievance sought for in the present writ petition. No order as to costs.

TVK,J W.P.No.23525 of 2019 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
