THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.26971 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up hearing, none appears for the petitioner.

A perusal of the record would disclose that the petitioner is challenging the orders in E.A.No.24 of 2003 in EP.No.30 of 2000 where under the labour Court had directed the petitioner not to sell the property until further orders. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is field.

This Court vide order dated 29.12.2003 was pleased to grant interim suspension as prayed for, subject to condition of the petitioner depositing the entire amount as required by the labour Court against the E.P pending before it, within a period of four weeks. On depositing the entire amount, the petitioner is at liberty to sell the property, subject to further orders in the writ petition.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders need to be passed in the writ petition.
