Ganji Veera Venkata Prasad v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.20467 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the endorsement of the 3rd respondent dated 15.05.2018 rejecting the application of the petitioner dated 04.04.2018 for integrated certificate as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
perusal of the impugned proceedings dated 15.05.2018 goes to show that the application of the petitioner for granting of Integrated Certificate is rejected only on the ground that petitioner has not produced relevant documents. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has produced all relevant documents, even in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, there is no assertion stating that he has produced all the documents according to Rules.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare submits that against impugned proceedings, petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against impugned proceedings. In view of same, I do not see any reason to entertain the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
