There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus directing to the 1st respondent by issuing suitable instruction to protect the shop bearing M.C.No. 150681 attached to Afazalgung Moseque situated at Afzalgung from the respondents 3 4 and their henchmen to maintain law and order till disposal of the claim petition filed by the petitioner in EAS 182 of 2013 in EP No. 32/ 2012 under order XXI Rule 91 to 101 R/ w section 151 of CPC, 1908 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.
The learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent placed on record the written instructions dated 29.07.2013 issued by the Station House Officer, Afzalgung Police Station, Hyderabad. In the said instructions it is mentioned that there seems to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 with regard to the property in EAS 182 of 2013 in EP No. 32/ 2012 on the file of the Court of the City Civil Court, Hyderabad. It is also mentioned that the petitioner has not obtained any appropriate orders from the competent Court seeking protection. It is also mentioned in the said instructions that the first respondent is ready to provide protection to the shop of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the said instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
