Petitioners'

grievance is that they had given representations dt.04.12.2017, 13.04.2018, 07.05.2018, 03.05.2018 and 17.05.2018, for inclusion of Gudi Thanda into newly formed Dharma Thanda Grampanchayat to respondents 2 & 3 and that they have not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 2 and 3 states that they will consider the said representations and communicate their decision to the petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations referred to above and communicate their decision to the petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
