Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner has approached this Court alleging that he preferred an appeal on 19-01-2016 to 3rd respondent challenging the order dt.18-12-2015 passed by 4th respondent terminating the services of the petitioner and that the said appeal has not been disposed of till date by 3rd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to dispose of the said appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
