This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to take action against respondents 5 and 6 who are not taking steps to close the 7th respondent-school, which is running illegally.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
