Petitioner, who is A8 in Cr.No.77 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Marripadu Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B), 447, 379, 353 and 307 IPC and 20 (1)(c) (ii)(iii)(iv) r/w 20 (D)(i) and 29 (ii)(b)(4)(a) of A.P. Forest new amendment Act, 2016 and Rule 3 of A.P. Sandal Wood and red sandal transit rules 1969 and 51 of Wi8ld Life Protection Act and 3 of P.D.P. Act, filed this petition under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
