This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not paying thc salary attached to the post of Lecturer in Degree Collegcs Lo the petitioners de spite of working as Lecturers in Telugu/Chemistry for more Llnan 20/15/13 years respectively.

When the matter is taken-up for hearing, Smt.B.Rajeswari, learned counsel representing Sri S.Satyam Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and th(j matter has become infructuous.
