HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.5525 and 5526 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No.5504 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.133 of 2016 of Pedemul Police Station, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,427,354,506 of IPC and Sec. 3(1)®(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short, 'the Act') on the complaint of defacto-complainant/ 2nd respondent. The defacto-complainant along with co-victim Mahadevamma though not a party to the petition and the accused persons present and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court to purchase peace and vide Crl.P.M.P.Nos.5525 and 5526 of 2017 sought permission to compromise and record the same and therefrom to quash the proceedings and accordingly permission is granted.

In the result, the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.5525 and 5526 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in Cr.No.133 of 2016 of Pedemul Police Station, Ranga Reddy district, against the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2. The petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 are acquitted and their bail bonds accused shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
