The counsel for Writ Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that the notice issued in the Writ Petition under the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905 has since been withdrawn through proceedings No.B.1687/2010 on 19.04.2011. Copy of the said proceedings has been placed before me. 2.
In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
