Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioner contends that the deed of conveyance presented by him on 22.08.2019 was received and assigned P.No.10/2019. But so far the document is not processed and registered. 3.
The document along with the endorsement of registering authority is filed as Ex.P.1 and the proof of payment of stamp duty is filed as Ex.P.3. In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the SubRegistrar-3rd respondent to process the deed of conveyance bearing P.No.10/2019. If the 3rd respondent is not accepting the plea of petitioner to register the document, he shall assign reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioner. If the document is otherwise in order, the same shall be registered and released to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
