Heard Sri M.Balagangadharaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-V appearing on behalf of respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. I passed impugned proceedings dated 03.09.2013 suspending the petitioner from the post of Anganwadi teacher without issuing aly notice, opportunity and without conducting any enquiry, solely basing upon the instructions of the respondent No.3 and the same is clear violation of principles of natural justice.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-V submits that II during the pendency of the Writ Petition, respondent No.3 issued proceedings on O9.1O.2O23 revoking the suspension order and the petitioner is reinstated into service. She further submits that the petitioner submitted explanation to the memo dated 13.O9.2003 issued by the respondent No. 1 and the same is pending and requested the Court to direct the respondent No. 1 to conclude the said enquiry by frxing time limit and the

same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner including revocation of impugned suspension order. 4.

In view of the above submissions, without going into the merits of the case, respondents are directed to conclude the entire proceedings in accordance with lau, after giving opportunity to the petitioner including personal hearing within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and the petitioner is also granted liberty to raise all the grounds before respondent No.1 which are available under law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
