This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.3, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.63 of 2015 on the file of Rolugunta Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b) & 25 of NDPS Act.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner - accused No.3 was dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.3.
