HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.505 of 2008 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the revision petitioner herein challenging the judgment dated 11.10.2007, passed by the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Krishna, Machilipatnam, in Criminal Appeal No.87 of 2005, whereunder and whereby the conviction and sentence passed against respondents 1 & 2 herein for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, vide the judgment dated 19.08.2005 in

C.C.No.360 of 2001 by the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Avanigadda, was confirmed, however, reduced the sentence from two years to one year for each of the offence.

2. In view of the orders passed in the connected Crl.R.C.No.1414 of 2007, which was filed by respondents 1 and 2 herein, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
