HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6272 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not allotting shop/open place to the petitioner and not considering his case for allotment as bad, illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Smt. G. Neeraja Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondent. The main relief in this writ petition is complaining the inaction on the part of the respondent in considering the petitioner's case for allotment of the shop/open place at Gaddiannaram Fruit Market Yard, Ranga Reddy District to the petitioner in terms of his applications dated 18.03.2002 and 07.01.2004. This Court by passing interim order dated 25.03.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.8190 of 2009, directed the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Inasmuch as, the main relief itself stands granted by virtue of interim order, nothing remains in this writ petition to pass further orders.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
