ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to pass an order or orders one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 for not considering the

representation made by the petitioner on 01-09-2015 against respondents 5 to 8 for their illegal interference into day-to-day affairs and Pooja and the rituals performed by the petitioner in the Shankerji Temple, Shivalaghat, Puranapool, Hyderabad as a capacity of Hereditary Trustee in proceedings No.E/743/92 dated 17-03-1992, as to give the effect to the orders passed in WP MP No.32293/2008 in WP No.24737/2008 dated 13-11-2008 and declare the action of the respondents as totally, illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and the provisions of AP Charitable and Hindu Religious Institution." On 28.09.2015 as well as on 26.10.2015, this case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even today also, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested for an adjournment.

The fact that the petitioner's counsel is not ready to argue the case on three consecutive occasions shows that he and his client are not interested in pursuing this case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.40395 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
