THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Crl.P.No.1861 of 2016

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the de facto complainant requested the petitioner to provide an application for compassionate appointment on the death of her husband, the accused told her to make a request letter with her signature and application will be sent to her by post and after some days, she received a notice in IP No.56 of 2011 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada stating that herself and her husband borrowed a sum of Rs.90,000/-from the petitioner, thereby the petitioner filed a false case against her by forging her signature as well the signature of her husband.
3. In view of the allegations made against the petitioner in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without making arrest of the petitioner/accused and file a final report, if any.
