No. 825 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record, we are not inclined to interfere with the interim order dated 08.03.2018 in I.A.No. 1 of 2018 in W.P.No. 6277 of 2018 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
