HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.Nos. 7606, 7827, 7774, 7744, 7694, 7668, 7646, 7644, 7640, 7616 & 7847 of 2016 COMMON ORDER Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for the respondent.

Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order.

All the writ petitions are filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.1.2016 as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner operates business under the name and style of M/s.Aref Abdul Sattar Textiles Private Limited and obtained licence under Sections 7, 12 & 31 of APSE Act, 1988, to keep open the shops/commercial outlets/branches on all 365 days of the year from 'Labour Employment Training and Factories' (LAB IV Department) vide G.O.Rt.No.663, dated 23.07.2013 for a period of two years commencing from 23.07.2013.

Learned Government Pleader for Labour submits that G.O.Ms.18, dated 16.6.2015 was issued by the Government and the same was published in

the Gazette on 20th June and the said GO enables the petitioner and other individuals to carry on business on all 365 days for a period of one year from the date of which GO was published in the Gazette. Learned Government Pleader further submits that no specific permission was needed in view of the aforesaid GO and all the writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of G.O.Ms.No.18, dated 16.6.2015.

Recording the said submission, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of G.O.Ms.No.18, dated 16.6.2015. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
