This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.109 of 2019 of P.S. Bhainsa Rural, Nirmal District, registered against the petitioner/A-2 for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the issue involved in this Criminal Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 passed in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 27.08.2018 passed in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch to this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
