THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37779 OF 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus to set aside the letter No.64/GPK/12, dated 26.11.2012 on the file of 1st respondent by declaring the same as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the cattle market of 1st respondent Gram Panchayat for the remaining period of financial year 2012-2013. Even according to petitioner the period of contract in his favour is only for the period 2012-2013. As such, by afflux of time the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open for the respondent Gram Panchayat to collect dues from the petitioner in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
