HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22397 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action in respect of the representation dated 22.06.2016, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to respondents 4 and 5 not to entertain any application of transfer of title or carry out any transactions or proceedings what so ever in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.6.20 guntas in Sy.No.185, Kondurg Village and Mandal, Mahbubnagar District until the pendency of the revision before the respondent No.3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions wherein it is stated that as per ROR the 6th respondent was pattadar of the land admeasuring 13-01 guntas in Sy.No.185 and that he has conveyed the said land in favour of Sri Mohammed Irfan Ahmed through registered sale deed No.12067/15 dated 19.12.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought direction for disposal of the revision pending before the 3rd respondent filed under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and Rules 1989 vide No. D1/39650 of 2006.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision stated to be pending, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
