HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.41867 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner filed application through A.P. Online on 24.02.2015 for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook with regard to land admeasuring Ac.3.87 cents in Survey No.33 of Mocherla Village, Gudluru Mandal, Prakasham District. The petitioner questions the impugned computarised order rejecting his application by the 4th respondent in this writ petition. The impugned order, Ex.P.1, dated 24.02.2015, merely states that the petitioner's application is 'rejected' and no reasons or details are discernible from the said rejection order. Though learned Government Pleader was granted time to get instructions, no detailed order regarding rejection of the petitioner's application is placed before the Court. In view of the circumstances, the impugned rejection order is bereft of reasons and the same is set aside. The 4th respondent shall consider the petitioner's application referred to above afresh, pass a detailed reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
